Facility Locations
D'Iberville Plant
Our original location since 1932. Following the complete destruction suffered from Hurricane Katrina in 2005, we harnessed the opportunity to rebuild a state-of-the-art shrimp processing plant engineered to be exceedingly efficient and environmentally friendly. This highly automated facility is capable of processing over 25 million pounds annually. This facility is widely regarded as the most technologically advanced plant in the industry. Centrally located on the Gulf of Mexico, it also serves as an IQF/freezer boat unloading dock and provides the shrimp boats with diesel fuel and supplies.
Biloxi Bayview Plant
Acquired in 2019, following a year of modernization efforts, our subsidiary Biloxi Dock & Ice began unloading fresh shrimp from ice boats and provides ice, diesel fuel, and other boat supplies. Soon after, in 2021 a newly renovated cold storage became operational. Finally, beginning in the summer of 2024, an upgraded and modernized IQF retail operation is expected to be fully online and producing our exciting new line of retail ready products.
D'Iberville Cold Storage
Built in 1991 and expanded in 2002 to double its capacity to meet growing demand; D’Iberville Cold Storage serves as the primary cold storage and blast freezing for C.F. Gollott & Son Seafood, Inc. In 2009, a significant expansion was necessary to add an IQF/retail operation, which it housed until early 2024 and has since been expanded to our Biloxi Bayview facility.
