• We will only ship Monday thru Thursday to ensure your product is not delayed past carrier operations. You will receive email confirmation, which will include your tracking number.



• There is a packaging fee of $10.00 which includes ice packets, ice chest and shipping box. Each container will hold approximately 20 lbs of seafood, so if there are orders more than 20 lbs then an additional packaging fee applies.



• We cannot ship to a P.O. Box, you must give us a street address and try to make sure someone is home to accept the package. See shipping information for more...



• Return Policy , Our return policy is that we will give the custmer their money back on any product they are not satisfied with. We however do not refund shipping charges. Exception is if the product was not delivered by UPS in the time specified, whereas we charge ups for the product and in turn will give the customer a refund if and when UPS gives C F Gollott a refund.
