INFORMATION |
All orders are shipped signature release - No signature required.
This means if no one is there to receive the order from UPS the driver
will leave the order at your door. This signifies acceptance of the
order same as a signature. You will be responsible for payment of
the order. We recommend that someone is there within the designated
time frame to accept the order and properly refrigerate it. (although
product will stay frozen after delivery for up to 12 hours) We will
e-mail you the UPS tracking number when your order is shipped which
will allow you to monitor the delivery of your order.
If this is a gift please be sure to alert the recipient that something
perishable via UPS will be delivered.
Delivering your seafood fresh to your door is our priority!
Therefore, we must follow a shipping schedule which will insure that
your order is delivered fresh and in excellent condition.
